Croeso and welcome to Leading in Nature. I’m Mia. Whether you’re here to sharpen your leadership skills or find a deeper nature connection, you’ll find a warm welcome with me in North Wales and the heart of Eryri.

With 30 years of experience crafting research-led learning, I ofer practical training in nature connection and mental health skills that outdoor leaders need to work authentically and safely.

Alongside professional CPD training, I host guided walks and immersive nature connection experiences in the hills of North Wales for anyone ready to slow down and root back into the land. And from 2026, I’m offering nature connection & storytelling events that build on Welsh mythology and deepen our connection to the land.
