Nature Connection & Self-Care: A Sensory Refresh
Nature can nurture our nervous systems!
Join Mia and David for a restorative morning designed to soothe your nervous system. We'll use our senses to ground ourselves, connect with the landscape, and simply enjoy the beauty of the natural world. Slowing down like this will ease everyday stress, lift your spirits, and help you feel refreshed. You’ll leave the session with practical, nature-based skills to reclaim calm, spark creativity, and build resilience in your daily life.
Everyone aged 14 and up is welcome to join in 💚
